    Dodge for a Cure

TKE partnered with Tri-Delt for our most succesful philanthropy yet. Held on April 18th, we raised more than $700 for the St. Jude Children's Hospital. See the pictures in our facebook at facebook.com/nebraskatke.

    Willard Community Center

The men of TKE donate their time to the children at the Willard Community Center on a regular basis.

    Lincoln Peoples City Mission

Every week a few brothers can be found at the Peoples City Mission handing out food and clothes, organizing donations, or just doing whatever is needed.

American Cancer Society Relay for Life

Relay For Life is a life-changing event that brings together more than 3.5 million people to:

Celebrate the lives of those who have battled cancer. The strength of survivors inspires others to continue to fight.
Remember loved ones lost to the disease. At Relay, people who have walked alongside people battling cancer can grieve and find healing.
Fight Back. We Relay because we have been touched by cancer and desperately want to put an end to the disease.

Memory Walk and Apple's for Alzheimers

At the 2001 Conclave in New Orleans, the Grand Chapter adopted the Alzheimer's Association as an official TKE philanthropy. The Alzheimer's Association is a national network of chapters committed to finding a cure and helping those affected by the disease. The Fraternity has partnered with the Ronald and Nancy Reagan Research Institute, which was established in 1995, one year after Frater Reagan announced to the world that he had Alzheimer's.

    The Big Event

The Big Event is a one-day service event bringing UNL students, faculty, and staff together to meet the needs of the larger Lincoln community to say "Thanks", for the continual support of UNL.

This was the Phi Chapter's second year helping with the Big Event.  Last year we totaled nearly 50 hours of community service with around ten men participating in community cleanup.  We eclipsed those numbers this year with 17 members participating and doubling our service time to nearly 100 hours.
